Holiday Hours for Our Retailer Customers:
During the holiday period we will be on unstructured hours. I just made up that “unstructured hours” term. Sounds fancy. It means some of us come into work on an as needs basis on work days, not public holidays. As there will be no phone service you will need to email (preferred) or fax orders.
We will be placing orders with our suppliers during this time so do not hold orders or you will miss out on next delivery opportunity, delaying your customers order. Don’t forget to order by full product code as per the back of the pattern books and not page number.
We will be not manning the phones from Wednesday Noon 19th December and will be back to normal work hours on Tuesday 8th January 2013. If you have a query or order it is better to email as we can more easily send you information, if required.
